Mark brings dependability and leadership as President of 21st Century Roofing Systems. Years of experience in the roofing industry has enabled Mark to deliver the right solution for his customers. As a result of providing the right solution 21st Century has earned several industry awards including the prestigious “Firestone's Master Contractor." It is with this award winning personality of “constantly outstanding performance” that has had Mark leading 21st Century Roofing since its inception in 1988.

John has been in the roofing business for 32 years. John has worked as a sheet metal worker, estimator, purchasing agent, and project manager. He has been with 21st Century Roofing since 1996, and is a part-owner.
Lane
Lajoie
Field Superintendent/Owner
Lane has been involved in roofing since 1987 working as a roofing apprentice, crew foreman, and field superintendent. Lane has been with 21st Century since May 1989, and became a part-owner in November, 2002.
Lane has training at Firestone Technical, Carlisle Technical, OSHA Safety, and the Roofing Industry Educational Institute.
He
has a license as a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor (unrestricted).

Phil has over 36 years experience in the construction industry.
Glen Gibson
After designing and building computer systems for 15 years, Glen was recruited in 2003. He handles re-roofing sales and does a myriad of office work.
He also has had OSHA training and holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisors license (unrestricted).

Bookkeeper
Cathy has over 20 years experience working in the financial aspects of the construction industry.
Cathy
has been with 21st Century Roofing Systems, Inc. since 1999.
Rosemary Bolster
Administrative
Assistant
A former manager at NYNEX, Rosemary came to work for 21st Century Roofing Systems, Inc. in 1999.
